BIOTECHCORP LLC (hereinafter — the "Company", "we", "us") respects the privacy of visitors and clients of the biotechcorp website (hereinafter — the "Site") and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal grounds, to whom we disclose it, and what rights you have.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed through the Site, including when browsing pages or submitting inquiries via the contact form, email, or phone.
The Site is informational and B2B-presentational in nature: it does not process online sales, payments, or order placement. Agreements regarding products and services are concluded separately, outside the Site, based on direct contact.

4. Cookies
The Site uses only one technically necessary cookie (i18n_redirected), which remembers your selected interface language. This cookie is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking user behavior, and does not require separate consent, as it is strictly necessary for the Site to function.
The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. If such tools are added in the future, we will update this Policy and implement a banner to obtain prior user consent where required by law.

12. Children
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with their personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

The Company does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
